Zotye Automobile faces asset seizure amid legal battles

Zotye Automobile's Chongqing branch assembly production line and related equipment have been judicially auctioned, with two failed attempts so far. This will prevent the Chongqing base from resuming planned production of the T300 model.

The company faces multiple legal setbacks, including a 35 million yuan contract dispute ruling with Anhui Haigong Daoyi Intelligent Manufacturing Technology and a 48.2 million yuan sales contract dispute with Shanghai Automotive Transmission and Shanghai Automotive Group pending second trial.
