Tianshan Aluminum controller unpledges 72m shares worth 18% stake

Tianshan Aluminum Group announced that actual controller Zeng Chaoyi released 71.88 million pledged shares on August 18, representing 18.25% of his holdings and 1.55% of total share capital.

Following the transaction, cumulative pledged shares for the controller and related parties total 823.18 million shares, representing 42.13% of their combined holdings and 17.70% of company share capital.
