Hongxin Electron-Tech controlling shareholder releases pledged shares

Xiamen Hongxin Electron-Tech Group announced its controlling shareholder, Hongxin Entrepreneurship Investment Group, released pledges on 6.8 million shares, representing 8.08% of its total holdings and 1.41% of the company's share capital.

Following the release, the controlling shareholder's cumulative pledged shares total 36.2 million shares, representing 43% of its holdings and 7.5% of Xiamen Hongxin Electron-Tech Group's total share capital.
