Guangdong Hongda appoints new employee director amid leadership change

Zheng Xiangmiao has resigned as director and sustainable development committee member of Guangdong Hongda Holding Group Co due to a work adjustment, though he continues as deputy general manager.

The company's employee congress elected Ma Yinghua as the new employee representative director for the board. Ma, who joined the company in 2005, currently serves as deputy secretary of the disciplinary committee and holds 27,859 shares in the company.
