GCL Energy Technology appoints new leadership team

GCL Energy Technology elected its ninth board of directors with Zhu Yufeng as chairman and Fei Zhi as vice chairman.

The company appointed Fei Zhi as chief executive, Peng Yi and Niu Shunbin as vice chief executives, Peng Yi as chief financial officer, Yang Erli as board secretary, and Wang Xiaoyan as head of internal audit.

The board also approved managing up to 30 million yuan of idle raised funds through cash management agreements to enhance returns while ensuring ongoing project development.
