Chanhen Chemical boosts capital by 59.8m yuan after bond redemption

Guizhou Chanhen Chemical Corporation's registered capital increased by 59.8 million yuan to 60.8 billion yuan following the early redemption of its convertible bonds in July.

The company redeemed the bonds early after its board resolution in June, with trading ceasing on July 17 and full redemption completed by July 28. The capital increase represents an 11% jump from the previous 54.8 billion yuan.
