Cheezheng Tibetan Medicine to redeem convertible bonds early

Tibet Cheezheng Tibetan Medicine has announced the early redemption of its convertible bonds at 101.701 yuan per bond, inclusive of accrued interest.

The redemption conditions were met on August 11, 2025. Bond trading will cease on August 29, with the last conversion date and redemption both on September 3, 2025.

All outstanding convertible bonds will be subject to mandatory redemption. Investors are advised to convert their bonds before the deadline to avoid potential losses.
