Tongyu Communication controlling shareholder reduces stake

Guangdong Tongyu Communication announced that controlling shareholder Shi Guiqing reduced her stake by selling 958,250 shares through centralized bidding from August 13-14, representing 0.18% of total share capital.

Following the transaction, Shi now holds 113.6 million shares, or 21.75% of the company. The reduction was part of a previously disclosed plan and will not alter the control structure or impact governance and operations.
