SPIC Dongfang loses general manager and two deputies

SPIC Dongfang New Energy Corp. received resignation letters from several senior executives due to work adjustments.

Yao Min resigned as director, general manager, and Strategic Investment Committee member. Deputy general managers Zhang Weidong and Chen Peng also resigned, with their terms originally set to expire in March 2025.

All three executives will no longer hold positions within the company or its subsidiaries. The company will proceed with filling the vacant positions.
