Levima Advanced Materials shareholder adjusts major pledges

Levima Group, the controlling shareholder of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation, released a pledge of 78.6 million shares (5.89% of total share capital) with Shanghai Haitong Securities Asset Management.

Concurrently, the group pledged 61.5 million shares (4.60% of total share capital) to Zhongtai Securities (Shanghai) Asset Management for capital requirements.

Following these transactions, Levima Group's cumulative pledged shares stand at 216.9 million, representing 16.24% of the company's total share capital.
