Inner Mongolia Electric Power advances coal power acquisition

Inner Mongolia Electric Power Energy Co is advancing its plan to acquire 100% equity in State Power Investment Group Inner Mongolia Baiyinhua Coal Power Co through share issuance and cash payment, alongside raising supporting funds.

The company confirmed no issues have emerged that would halt or substantially change the transaction since initial disclosure in May. Audit and appraisal work continues.
