Easyhome New Retail appoints new executive, adjusts guarantees

Easyhome New Retail Group appointed Wang Peng as vice president, overseeing the new retail operations management center.

The company adjusted its 2025 guarantee structures, maintaining RMB 700 million in total guarantees for subsidiary Easyhome Smart Technology but changing how these are provided between the parent company and other subsidiaries.

The board also approved RMB 40 million in guarantees for non-affiliated customers purchasing vehicles through partner financial institutions, supporting the smart technology unit's business expansion.
