Wanfeng Auto Wheel controlling shareholder releases pledged shares

Zhejiang Wanfeng Auto Wheel Company Limited announced that its controlling shareholder, Wanfeng Group, has released a pledge on 30 million shares, representing 4.11% of the group's total shares and 1.41% of the company's total share capital.

The shares were originally pledged in October 2021 to Zheshang Bank. Following this release, Wanfeng Group's pledged shares decreased from 191.8 million to 161.8 million shares, now accounting for 22.17% of its holdings and 7.62% of the company's total share capital.
