Changchun High-Tech director Jeff Zhu resigns immediately

Changchun High & New Technology Industry (Group) Co announced that director Jeff Xianchao Zhu submitted his resignation due to personal work reasons, effective immediately.

Zhu was serving on the eleventh board of directors with a term originally set to run until June 23, 2027. He holds 3,200 shares in the company and will no longer hold any positions within Changchun High-Tech or its subsidiaries.

The company said it will promptly elect a new director in accordance with regulations.
