Shiji wins MGM Grand cloud system contract

Shiji (Macau) Limited and Shiji Singapore signed a Master Services Agreement with MGM Grand Paradise on August 12, 2025. The deal makes Shiji's DAYLIGHT PMS the standard for MGM Grand Paradise's next-generation cloud property management system, replacing their existing system.

The agreement covers delivery of DAYLIGHT PMS, Shiji Payment Solution, and related cloud software packages via a SaaS model, including installation, training, and professional services.

Shiji anticipates no significant impact on current year operating performance or financial condition given the number of hotels under MGM Grand Paradise.
