MLS appoints new chairman and senior management team

MLS appointed Sun Qinghuan as chairman and general manager following a board restructure approved by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting.

Zhou Lihong was named vice chairman and deputy general manager, while Li Guanqun becomes deputy general manager and chief financial officer. Tang Guoqing was appointed executive deputy general manager.

The appointments follow the election of a new six-member board comprising four non-independent and two independent directors.
