Hoperun Software shareholders pledge 82% of holdings

Jiangsu Hoperun Software's controlling shareholder and actual controller have pledged 49.81m shares, representing 82.58% of their combined holdings and 6.25% of total share capital.

The pledges were made for financing guarantees, with the company stating the funds are not for operational needs and shareholders have repayment capability with no current liquidation risk.
