Youzu Interactive to compulsorily redeem convertible bonds

Youzu Interactive will compulsorily redeem its convertible bonds at 101.8575 yuan per bond, including accrued interest and taxes.

The bonds will cease trading on August 25, 2025, with redemption occurring on August 28, 2025. The company advised investors to convert their bonds by the deadline to avoid potential losses, as the redemption price may differ significantly from market prices.

The bonds will be delisted from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange upon completion of the redemption.
