Risen Energy controlling shareholder pledges more shares

Risen Energy announced that controlling shareholder Lin Haifeng pledged 7.5 million shares for financing purposes, representing 2.65% of his holdings and 0.66% of total share capital.

Following this pledge, Lin's cumulative pledged shares total 124.18 million, accounting for 43.88% of his holdings and 10.89% of Risen Energy's total share capital.
