Lianchuang Electronic shareholder pledges additional shares

Jiangxi Xinsheng Investment, the controlling shareholder of Lianchuang Electronic Technology, pledged an additional 1 million shares on August 11, 2025, for its business operations.

Following this transaction, the shareholder's cumulative pledged shares total 73.08 million, representing 79.80% of its total holdings in Lianchuang Electronic and 6.90% of the company's total share capital.
