Dongshan Precision controlling shareholders release pledged shares

Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing announced that its controlling shareholders, Yuan Yonggang and Yuan Yongfeng, have released portions of their pledged shares. Yuan Yongfeng released 6,857,143 shares, while Yuan Yonggang released 9,142,857 shares.

Following these releases, Yuan Yongfeng's total pledged shares are 8,179,665.7, accounting for 33.05% of his holdings. Yuan Yonggang's pledged shares stand at 11,283,514.3, or 37.27% of his stake. The company confirmed that these actions do not involve new financing and there is no current risk of forced liquidation or change in control.
