China Merchants Shekou reports 104.5bn yuan sales, acquires land

China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings reported accumulated contracted sales of 104.553 billion yuan on 3.93 million square meters for the year to date.

In July alone, the company achieved contracted sales of 15.659 billion yuan across 584,100 square meters.

The developer acquired five new land projects spanning Zhengzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Wuhan, and Xiamen, including residential and commercial-residential plots.
