Chacha Food extends investment fund term to 17 years

Chacha Food has extended the operating period of Weiran Equity Investment Fund from 14 years to 17 years, effective from the fund's August 2011 establishment date.

The extension aligns with the fund's investment projects, some of which have listed or submitted IPO applications. Chacha Food originally invested RMB300 million in the fund in 2012, later reducing its contribution to RMB58.6 million.

The fund's term has been extended multiple times since its initial 7-year period, reflecting the longer timeline needed for portfolio company exits.
