Guosen Securities unlocks 474m shares worth 4.9% stake

Guosen Securities will unlock 473,587,570 shares representing 4.93% of its total share capital on August 14, 2025. The shares belong to Shenzhen Investment Holdings, which committed to a 60-month lock-up period from the original August 2020 private placement.

After this release, all of Guosen Securities' 9.6 billion shares will be unrestricted and fully tradable, completing the unlock process from the 2020 private placement that originally issued 1.4 billion shares to 10 investors.
