Titan Wind Energy controlling shareholder adjusts share pledges

Shanghai Tianshen Investment Management, the controlling shareholder of Titan Wind Energy, has pledged 5.15% of the company's shares while releasing pledges totaling 3.7%.

The pledges involved Dongwu Securities, China Galaxy Securities, China CICC Wealth Securities, and Haitong Securities. Releases involved China Galaxy Securities, CITIC Securities, and Yunnan International Trust.

Shanghai Tianshen holds a 29.52% stake in the company. After adjustments, total pledged shares represent 45.17% of its holdings and 13.33% of the company's total share capital.
