Leili Motor eliminates board of supervisors, appoints director

Jiangsu Leili Motor shareholders approved cancelling the board of supervisors and related amendments to the Articles of Association at an extraordinary general meeting.

The company announced the resignation of Wang Shilong as a non-independent director due to personal reasons, though he will continue as deputy general manager. Jiang Guobiao was elected as the new worker representative director following a democratic election by the worker representative assembly.
