Noposion controller releases 1.67% of company shares

Lu Baiqiang, de facto controller of Shenzhen Noposion Agrochemicals, released 1.683 billion pledged shares representing 1.67% of total share capital.

Following the release, Lu's remaining pledged shares total 6.1 billion, or 22.85% of his holdings. The company said he has sufficient risk control capabilities with no immediate forced liquidation risk.
