Hainan Haide management buys 11m yuan of shares

Hainan Haide Capital Management Co., Ltd. announced that 22 management personnel have purchased 1,096,100 shares worth 11.07 million yuan, completing over half of their planned 20.73 million yuan share purchase program disclosed in May.

The buyers include 11 non-independent directors, supervisors and senior management, plus 11 other management personnel. Several key executives including the chairman and vice chairman have each invested over 1.1 million yuan.
