Dongcheng Pharmaceutical controller unpledges 1.9m shares

Yantai Dongcheng Biochemicals announced that its controlling shareholder You Shiyi unpledged 1,960,000 shares, representing 1.90% of his total holdings and 0.24% of the company's total share capital.

You Shiyi currently holds 103,305,678 shares, with 28,578,000 shares still pledged, accounting for 27.66% of his total holdings. The company said there is no immediate risk of forced liquidation.
