Dongshan Precision controlling shareholders adjust share pledges

Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing Co announced its controlling shareholders Yuan Yongfeng and Yuan Gang conducted share pledges and releases to replace previous pledges.

Yuan Yongfeng pledged 8 million shares and released 21 million shares, while Yuan Gang pledged 3 million shares. Following these transactions, Yuan Yongfeng has 88.65 million shares pledged (35.82% of his holdings) and Yuan Gang has 137.71 million shares pledged (45.48% of his holdings).

The company stated current pledges do not pose forced liquidation risk or threaten control changes.
