Zhejiang Jiantou approves perpetual bonds and financial aid extension

Zhejiang Provincial Construction Investment Group shareholders approved the issuance of perpetual bonds and extension of financial assistance to an associate company at an extraordinary general meeting.

The proposals received strong support with 53.27% of shares represented at the meeting.
