Yisheng Livestock launches 6.5m yuan employee stock plan

Shandong Yisheng Livestock & Poultry Breeding Co announced a 6.5 million yuan employee stock ownership plan targeting 336 employees, including directors, supervisors, and senior management.

The plan will acquire shares through secondary market purchases and could hold up to 736,100 shares, representing 0.07% of total share capital. The ownership plan runs for 36 months with a 12-month lock-up period.
