Risen Energy controlling shareholder unpledges 1m shares

Risen Energy announced controlling shareholder Lin Haifeng unpledged 1 million shares on July 29, representing 0.35% of his total holdings and 0.09% of the company's share capital.

The shares were released from a pledge with Caitong Securities that began in January 2023. Lin Haifeng still has 116.68 million pledged shares, constituting 41.23% of his holdings and 10.23% of total share capital.
