Changan Automobile announces director and supervisor resignations

Chongqing Changan Automobile Company Limited announced the resignations of director Shi Yaoxiang and supervisor Wen Hong, who also served as chairman of the supervisory board.

Both individuals submitted written resignation reports citing work reasons. Shi's resignation includes his role as audit committee member, while Wen stepped down from his supervisory board positions.

The company said the departures will not impact operations or management, and board membership remains above legal minimums.
