Jingce Electronic controlling shareholder extends equity pledges

Wuhan Jingce Electronic Group announced that controlling shareholder Peng Qian completed the pledge of 150,000 additional shares and extended existing share pledges to July 29, 2026.

The extensions covered previously pledged shares totaling 1.4 million. Peng Qian now has 33.7 million shares pledged, representing 48% of his direct holdings and 12% of the company's total share capital.
