Fibocom Wireless controlling shareholder reduces share pledge

Fibocom Wireless announced that controlling shareholder Zhang Tianyu released a pledge on 15.5 million shares, representing 5.50% of his holdings and 2.02% of total share capital.

Following the release, Zhang's cumulative pledged shares now stand at 74.7 million, or 26.54% of his total holdings and 9.76% of the company's share capital. He directly holds 281.5 million shares, representing 36.78% of total share capital.
