Beijing CA controlling shareholder to change ownership

Beijing Certificate Authority announced that its controlling shareholder, Beijing State-owned Capital Operation and Management Center, intends to transfer its entire direct and indirect equity to Beijing Data Group.

This will make Beijing Data Group the new controlling shareholder, while Beijing State-owned Capital remains the ultimate actual controller.
