Bairun controlling shareholder adjusts share pledges

Liu Xiaodong, controlling shareholder of Shanghai Bairun Investment Holding Group, pledged 35.1 million shares (3.34% of total share capital) for debt repayment, effective July 24, 2025.

Simultaneously, he released 67.15 million previously pledged shares (6.40% of total share capital) on July 25, 2025, concluding a pledge that began in August 2024.

Following these transactions, Liu's total pledged shares stand at 72 million, representing 6.86% of the company's share capital.
