Unisplendour subsidiary secures 80m yuan guarantee

Unisplendour Corp announced that its subsidiary, Suzhou Unisplendour Digital Group, issued a guarantee to China Merchants Bank's Beijing Branch securing an 80 million yuan credit line for Unisplendour E-commerce.

The guarantee is valid from May 26, 2025, to May 25, 2026, and falls under a 1.06 billion yuan total guarantee limit previously approved by the board and shareholders.

Following this guarantee, the total guarantee balance for Unisplendour E-commerce stands at 1.34 billion yuan, with 9.8 billion yuan of the approved limit remaining available.
