SF Holding controlling shareholder releases 16m share pledge

SF Holding's controlling shareholder Shenzhen Mingde Holdings released a pledge on 16 million A-shares on July 24, representing 0.32% of the logistics company's total share capital.

The pledge was originally initiated in November 2023 with Bohai International Trust as pledgee. Following the release, Mingde Holdings' cumulative pledged shares decreased from 878.6 million to 862.6 million shares.

Mingde Holdings maintains a 52.58% stake in SF Holding, with 32.41% of its total holdings still pledged, representing 17.04% of SF Holding's share capital.
