Guocheng Mining provides 200m yuan guarantee to subsidiary

Guocheng Mining has provided a joint and several liability guarantee of up to 200 million yuan for wholly-owned subsidiary Inner Mongolia Guocheng Resource Comprehensive Utilization.

The guarantee supports the subsidiary's application for comprehensive credit facilities from Bank of Communications' Inner Mongolia branch.

Following this guarantee, Guocheng Mining's total external guarantee balance will reach 1.82 billion yuan, representing 60.99% of its net assets from the latest audited period.
