East Money shareholder cuts stake to 0.19%

Shen Yougen sold 158.8 million shares in East Money Information at 21.66 yuan per share through an inquiry-based transfer facilitated by China International Capital Corporation on July 24.

The transaction reduced his stake from 1.20% to 0.19% of the company's total share capital. The combined holding of Shen Yougen and other consistent actors fell from 22.90% to 21.89%.

Separately, East Money Securities completed redemption of 2 billion yuan in short-term financing bills on the same date.
