Sichuan Jiuzhou chairman Yang Baoping resigns due to work reassignment

Sichuan Jiuzhou Electronic Group announced that Yang Baoping has resigned as chairman, director, and committee member, effective immediately due to work reassignment.

Yang holds no company shares and will no longer serve in any capacity at the company or its subsidiaries. The company will elect a new chairman and director.
