Salubris controlling shareholder unpledges 42.79m shares

Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals announced that its controlling shareholder, Hong Kong Salubris, has unpledged 42.79 million shares from three institutions: Macau International Bank (14.79 million shares), CMB International Finance (15 million shares), and Chiyu Banking Corporation (13 million shares).

The release represents 6.74% of Hong Kong Salubris's total holdings and 3.84% of the company's total share capital. Following the transaction, Hong Kong Salubris holds 635.28 million shares, representing 56.99% of the company's total shares.

The controlling shareholder still has 114 million shares under pledge, constituting 17.94% of its holdings and 10.23% of the company's total share capital.
