Eve Energy shareholders adjust pledges worth 391m shares

Eve Energy's controlling shareholder EVE Holdings and actual controller Liu Jincheng have restructured their share pledges. Liu Jincheng released 13.4 million shares while pledging 37 million shares for debt repayment. EVE Holdings released 36.2 million shares and pledged 13.4 million shares.

Total pledged shares now stand at 391.2 million, representing 47.99% of major shareholders' holdings and 19.12% of the company's total share capital.
