Vanke projects significant half-year net loss for 2025

Vanke Company Limited anticipates a net loss for the first half of 2025, according to a bond trustee report from CITIC Securities dated July 17.

The projected net loss attributable to shareholders is expected to range between 1m and 1.2m yuan. Excluding non-recurring items, the estimated loss is between 950,000 and 1.15m yuan.

Despite the projected losses, all of Vanke's outstanding bonds are currently meeting their interest and principal payment obligations with no delays or defaults reported.
