Guizhou Tyre controlling shareholder pledges additional shares

Guiyang Industrial Investment pledged 23.5 million shares of Guizhou Tyre to Southwest Securities for financing, representing 1.51% of the company's total share capital. The pledge runs from July 2025 to July 2026.

Following this transaction, Guiyang Industrial has 156.7 million pledged shares, accounting for 46% of its total holdings and 10.08% of Guizhou Tyre's share capital.
