TRS Information Technology appoints employee representative director

Li Lin has resigned as a director of TRS Information Technology due to internal work adjustments but was elected as an employee representative director for the sixth board of directors following a resolution at the Employee Representative Congress on July 21, 2025.

The board also approved extensive revisions to the Company Charter and other governance policies, including the establishment of an audit committee to oversee internal controls.
