Hytera sells Teltronic subsidiary for €75.5m

Hytera Communications has sold 100% of Teltronic, S.A.U. to Next Gen Critical Comms for €75.5 million (approximately RMB 628 million).

The sale is expected to improve Hytera's cash flow, optimize its financial structure, and reduce its asset-liability ratio. The transaction is projected to result in a pre-tax gain of approximately RMB 80 million for Hytera in 2025.

Despite the divestiture, Hytera and Teltronic have established a commercial cooperation agreement to continue selling each other's products.
