Vanjee Technology controlling shareholder unpledges 5m shares

Beijing Vanjee Technology Co announced controlling shareholder Zhai Jun unpledged 5 million shares with Shanghai Haitong Securities Asset Management, representing 5.72% of his holdings and 2.35% of total share capital.

Following the July 17 release, Zhai Jun retains 27.82 million pledged shares, still representing 31.82% of his total holdings and 13.05% of company share capital.
